April, 2008 HIC organized successfully the "Winning Strategies forum with Jack Welch" in Dubai .

First of its kind in the Middle East, the forum hosted the business and management legend Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric (GE) who ran the company for two decades.

He presented his experience in management and development and highlight the most effective strategies for success.

150 prominent business leaders, holding senior positions in large regional organizations had attended a series of lectures by Fortune magazine's CEO of the Century, Jack Welch, on outstanding management techniques.
